1. Sign up for an atVenu Register account
We’ll need to collect some contact and banking information to get your account setup. Log in to atVenu.com and click on the Activate Register button and then Bank Info to get started. Or, you can click on Register Setup from the slide-out menu on the left, then click on Bank Info. Then save your Bank Account information. The verification processing time can vary from only a few minutes to up to 1 day. You must have an active account on atVenu.com to set up atVenu Register.
2. Order an atVenu Credit Card Reader
Next, you’ll need an atVenu Credit Card Reader. We have 2 types of Readers, that can be shipped out to you in 1-3 business days. Click on Order Readers from the Register Setup page.
- Orders placed after 4:00pm PST will be shipped on the next business day (Mon-Fri)
- Only Credit Card Readers ordered from atVenu will work with atVenu Register
NOTE - You must use an atVenu credit card reader with atVenu Register. No other credit cards readers are compatible.
3. Download the app
Download the atVenu Register app here
4. Start Selling
All your shows, merch and prices are automatically synched into the app. Log in to Register with your atVenu credentials, plug in your Reader and start selling!
5. Review your Reports to see your sales
See your Live Sales reports, including inventory levels under Reports > Register > Sales
