Using the Import Products feature (Advanced Inventory)

If you are an atVenu Artist Account user on our Advanced Inventory or MerchIQ package levels, you have the ability to import your merch items, along with item SKUs, via a properly formatted CSV file using our Import Products feature. 

To access the Import Products feature: 

1. Log in to your atVenu.com Artist account
2. Click Merch
3. Access Global
4. Click Import Products

Create your import file:

1. Download the template file by clicking the Template File button

Upload your import file:

1. Click Choose File and select the file
2. Click Next

Review your import:

1. Click the circular buttons on the left to include or exclude items from the import
2. Click to expand any item to view item details or errors that might be present within your import file to correct as needed
3. Select where you would like import your products. You can import items into Global, or a specific Warehouse or Trailer
4. Click Save to begin the import process
