Do I have to enter 0's at Count In and Count Out for sold out items?

If an item is sold out and you will not be selling it at the show, you do not need to enter 0's during Count In or Count Out for the item. You can leave those fields completely blank. If you leave the fields blank, atVenu will simply ignore those items.

You can enter 0's if you prefer, depending on how you like to manage your Counts, but adding 0's is not a necessary step if the item is sold out and not being sold at the show.

If the item was available to be Counted In but sells out during the show, you must enter 0's into the Count Out column in order to generate Total Sold and item Gross. 

All items Counted In must have a Count Out quantity entered (even if it’s 0(zero)) to complete the Settlement.
