Artist Account - Tour Reports Overview

Users of our Tour Merch Mgmt, Advanced Inventory, or MerchIQ packages have access to numerous tour reports from their atVenu Artist Account on web. Tour reports, and all included data, rely on completed Nightly Show Settlements. You must Settle your shows within atVenu in order to utilize tour reports. If shows are left unsettled, tour reports will not be complete, or accurate. 

Please Note: Our SoundScan Reporter package does not include any of the reporting detailed below

Access Reports:

• Log in to your Artist Account at atVenu.com
• Click the Reports button from the navigation in the upper right
• The page will default to Tour

Working with Reports:

• Use the dropdown selector on the left to select the report you would like to view
• If available (depending on the report type), select All Tours, or an individual tour
• Use the date range filter as needed
• Click the Go button to generate the report
• Use the (<>) Toggle Full Screen button to expand the report in browser
• Download reports where available using the Excel or PDF buttons

Please Note: Certain reports are only available for download as Excel and/or PDF, and do not populate in browser

Available Reports:

• Adjustments Report: The Adjustments Report provides a log of all inventory adjustments by date, and type. The report details each inventory adjustment with item name, size, and quantity (+/-)
  
• Inventory Forecast Report: The Inventory Forecast Report projects remaining inventory based on your Nightly Settlements, sales history, on hand inventory, and projected attendance. You can adjust forecasted attendance by clicking the (+/-) button at the top of the page
• Profit Report: The Profit Report details Net Profit for a specified tour or date range by category (Apparel, Other, Music), and by item/size. Net Profit = Gross Revenue - Cost of Goods - Selling Expenses - Total Taxes. Selling Expenses include atVenu Payment Fees, Venue Fees, Venue Adjustments, any applicable Vendor Fees (if enabled), and Show Adjustments
• Sales Report: The Sales Report details total units sold by category (Apparel, Other, Music), along with Gross Revenue. The report includes a breakdown of unit sales by item/size, percentage of total sales by item/size, comps, and total sales across all categories
• Shipment Report: For Advanced Inventory and MerchIQ accounts, the Shipment Report provides the details of all created shipments in the form of a CSV download. This report is filterable by date based on the creation date of the shipment itself 
• Taxes and Payments: The Taxes and Payments report is viewable as PDF or Excel file only. The report provides a breakdown by show of total taxes collected by Artist or Venue (Depending on which party retained taxes on the Settlement)
• Tour Returns: The Tour Returns report is a tour specific detail of all tour end remaining inventory. You have the ability to enter tour returns shipment tracking, special notes, and export the report as a PDF
• Tour Summary: The Tour Summary report offers a high level, aggregated view of all NIghtly Settlements, including Capacity, Attendance, Currency, Exchange Rate, $ Per Head, Gross Sales, Tax, Selling Expenses, and Net Receipts. Totals are listed at the bottom of the report, in addition to an average for each data point in blue

If you are a user of Advanced Inventory or MerchIQ, you also have access to the following tour reports:

• Inventory Holdings Report: The Inventory Holdings Report details current inventory holdings by location (Trailer(s) or Warehouse(s)). The report also includes In Transit quantities.
• Tour Profits: The Tour Profits report details Net Profit for a specified tour by show. Totals are listed at the bottom of the report, in addition to an average for each data point in blue
