How do I upgrade my account?

With atVenu, you can upgrade or change your plan at any time within Account Settings. There are no contracts. To upgrade or change packages, follow these steps:

• Log in to your account at atVenu.com
• Click the Menu button in the upper left corner

• Click on Account Settings

• Click Plan & Payment
• Click Change
• Click the Select Plan button for Luminate Reporter, Tour Merch Mgmt, Advanced Inventory or MerchIQ
• Click the Change Plan button to save
