Can a User receive Nightly Settlement emails without having access to my account?

You can add emails to your distribution list so they receive the Nightly Settlement emails without granting them access to your account. 

To do so, add their email to the Email List and do not add them as a User. Only Users have account access or visibility. Emails added to the Email List only receive the Nightly Settlements and Reports.
