Below is an overview of Account Settings for Venue & Festival Accounts.
Access Account Settings:
- Click the Menu button in the upper left corner
- Click on Account Settings from the slide-out menu
Under Account Settings, there are 2 options in the secondary navigation:
- Account Info
- Users
Account Settings > Account Info:
Use the tabs on the left side of the page to select between the following...
General Info:
- Update the Venue or Festival specific details and Contact Info
Taxes (Venue F&B / Merch Accounts and Festival Merch Accounts):
- Set default tax rates for your Venue or Festival
- Set default Settlement configuration for Taxes Retained By. This is also editable on each Settlement
- Configure your default tax method by setting your account to default to Tax Inclusive or Tax on Top. You have the ability to override this default setting on a per show basis. For more information, please see: Tax on Top feature overview
- Click Save
Important: For Venue Merch accounts specifically, be sure to set your default tax rates prior to your show. If no tax rates are saved under Account Settings, the Artist Settlement will not account for taxes properly.
Festivals may have different tax rates per event, so tax rates are determined by the postal code saved for the location when creating Festival shows.
Stands (Merchandise Accounts):
- Enable and configure Multiple Stands

Other:
- Save any applicable Legal Copy and/or Payment Details. This information will be listed at the bottom of your Settlements
- For merch accounts:
- Set default Settlement configuration for Cash Collected By. This is also editable on each Settlement
- Enable/disable the Auto-Advance feature. For more information on Auto-Advance, please see: Using the Auto-Advance feature (Venue/Festival Account)
- Set Default Timezone
- Click Save
Account Settings > Users:
Use the tabs on the left side of the page to select between the following...
User List:
- Add/remove Users from your account

Email List (Merch accounts only):
- Add/remove emails from your Email List to receive Nightly Settlement emails without having account access
