Effective 10/09/2020:
Artist's are not able to submit bundle sales of any type to SoundScan from live events via atVenu. This includes Music+Merch and Music+Ticket bundles (which were already previously restricted).
Regarding Merch+Music Bundles:
Music+Merch bundles are only allowed to be sold via the Artist's official D2C store, and should not be sold at Venues or live performances. Music+Merch bundle sales cannot be submitted via atVenu to SoundScan.
What is allowed at Live Venue Shows?
Artists can allow a customer to add a music item to their purchase for a discounted price, as long as the discounted price of the music item meets or exceeds the minimum required price (Minimum price for an album is $3.49 or $.99 for a single).
For example, if an Artist is selling a tour tee for $20, the fan can add an album for a discounted price. The minimum total for the purchase must = $23.49 in this example. The customer must also have the option to purchase both items separately at regular price, and bundles cannot be promoted as packages.
Please download the included official documentation for more information.
Regarding Ticket+Music Bundles:
Ticket+Merch bundles cannot be submitted to SoundScan via atVenu. Please download the included official documentation for more information.
