To register your UPC / EAN please visit the Title Registration Form.
It can take up to 2 weeks for Luminate to process a new UPC registration. Once processed, it will be available in atVenu the following day.
As of June 24, 2026, Luminate no longer recognizes CMTA (Christian Music Trade Association). While CMTA still appears in the atVenu interface, sales are no longer submitted to CMTA.
In the atVenu system, all UPCs are automatically registered for US, Canada, and CMTA reporting. As a result, there is no longer a need to select CMTA reporting in atVenu or choose US, Canada, or Both when registering UPCs with Luminate.
When saving UPCs in atVenu, the UI will reflect a blue checkmark for US, Canada and CMTA if your UPC has been registered with Luminate.
