Pairing Cashless Wristband (RFID) Reader to the atVenu Register app

Instructions for pairing the Cashless Wristband (RFID) Reader to the atVenu Register app: 

Important: Do not pair the device under Apple Device Settings. The Reader must be paired to the atVenu Register app directly

1. Log in to the atVenu Register app
2. Select the show
3. Select the Stand/Bar/Location
4. Tap Menu in the upper left corner of the screen
5. Select Readers from the menu on the left
6. Toggle the power switch on the top of the RFID Reader from O to Bluetooth
7. In the atVenu Register app, tap Connect under Cashless Reader. The app will now search for discoverable devices. Be sure to keep the reader in close proximity to the iPad
8. Tap to select the Serial Number that matches the reader on the right side of the screen
9. Once connected, you will see a green Connected indication
10. Tap Menu in the upper left corner of the screen
11. Tap Register to return to the point of sale

Once a reader has been paired, you can manage connections and monitor battery levels from the Operations Dashboard available from the top right corner of the main product grid view in the Register app. From this view, you can select any connected device and be redirected to the Settings > Readers pairing page. From here, click <Back in the upper right corner of the screen to be taken back to the Register default view.
