You will not be charged for cancelled shows due to the COVID-19 impact.
Everyone here at atVenu is very sensitive to the impact Coronavirus has had on our community. In response to questions we’ve received, we want to reassure you there is no atVenu fee for any cancelled or postponed tours or shows.
Remove upcoming shows from your atVenu account:
If you haven't yet been charged but have upcoming shows that are now cancelled or postponed, be sure to cancel / delete each show from the Shows page and you will not be charged. atVenu only charges your card on file when you have upcoming shows saved to the system. There is no need to cancel or suspend your atVenu account.
If you have already been charged for a show that has since been cancelled or postponed, please reach out to our Support Team and we will assist you with a refund.
