Tax Summary Report overview (Venue/Festival Account)

Venue & Festival accounts have the ability to run a Tax Summary Report under Reporting which details all calculated taxes from show Settlements by state, and by date range. 

The Tax Summary Report will not include data for shows Settled prior to 05/13/2020

To access the Tax Summary Report: 

• Click on Reporting
• Click on Tax Summary

To generate a report: 

• Select a State / Province, or select All (Does not apply to individual Venue accounts)
• Select Taxes Retained by Venue, Artist, or Both
• Enter a start date and an end date
• Click Download Report

An Excel file will be generated and downloaded automatically which includes: 

• Gross Sales
• Taxable Sales (Note: Taxable Sales = Gross - Taxes)
• Tax Rate(s)
• Tax Retained ($)
• Tax Retained By
