Advanced Comps Export:
To access the new report, you need to be logged in and viewing the MerchCo Dashboard. Then click Reports. Then, under Touring, select an Artist and select Tour Comps. Choose a tour and download the report file.

atVenu Register Payouts Report
If you use atVenu Register, the new Payouts report compliments the existing Payments report and provides additional payout detail, including tips and fees by event.
To access the Payouts report:
- Log in to your atVenu.com account
- Click Reporting (Venue/Festival) or Reports (Artist)
- Click Register
- Click Payouts

Released on October 12 (2023), atVenu Register (v3.156) requires iOS 13.0 or higher.

F&B Settlements
- Enter show costs, taxes, commission, and credit card rates once and we apply them to all Settlements
- Sales are automatically populated in each Settlement
- When you agree on the Settlement the customer gets a digital copy automatically
- Register Reports, transactions, payments, and Settlements are grouped by event and broken out by location in one digital location

Disable Cash for atVenu Register
We now allow you to disable the cash option at checkout on atVenu Register. The feature is available on a per Account basis under Register Settings > Payment Options.

MerchIQ Forecasting Update:
Added the ability to set MerchIQ forecasting to include On Hand only or On Hand + In Transit inventory. At the top of the Products page, you can change the Inventory Forecast settings as desired. MerchCo clients also have the ability to set a default at the parent level.

Register Report > Home Page Show Overview Updates
The Home page of the Register Report has been updated to better reflect show and sales data.
- Total Collected: Total payments collected (Credit + Cash + Tips)

Total Sales: Total Collected - Tips
- Total Sales includes tax
- Total Sales does NOT include tips
- Tax: Total Tax will be displayed if Tax on Top is enabled for the show
- Net Sales: Net Sales will be displayed if your show is Tax on Top enabled.Total Sales - Tax collected (Net sales does NOT include Tips)
- Tax: If Tax on Top is enabled for the show, a tax total is displayed (Net Sales total includes tax)
- $/Head: Current $/Head based on the capacity entered when the show was saved
- Avg. $: Average transaction dollar amount
- Txn: Total number of transactions
- Tenders: Total CC and cash sales, including the portion of CC receipts that is the atVenu CC processing fee
- Top Seller: Best selling item, including total units sold
Register Name Tracking
The Registers page allows you to track sales by Register when running more than 1 iOS device with atVenu Register.
Please note: To locate the Register name, visit the atVenu Register app login screen. The Register name is listed in the lower left corner. Alternatively, while logged into a show, tap Menu > Support to locate the Register name.

Offline Mode for WisePad
Our WisePad CC Reader is now Offline Mode compatible, as long as Offline Mode is enabled under Register Settings for the account.

Tax 2 for F&B Accounts
F&B events can now add secondary tax. Categories can be selected to use this second tax value in addition to sales tax.

Updated Counts & Settlements Released
Available to: Venue & Festival and Artist Accounts
New Counts and Settlements include a variety of visual updates, user experience improvements, and additional time saving features, including Register Management and the new Artist Control Panel (Venue/Festival). All core functionality remains the same. We have not changed how you Count In, Count Out, or Settle.
Notable updates for Artist Accounts:
- Updated Auto-Advance Interface: Ability to select all items
- Register Management: You can now show or hide items that appear on atVenu Register by size (Web only)
- Carry Over Show Selector: The Carry Over button is now located in the utility bar at the bottom of the Counts page. You now have the ability to select the show you would like to Carry Over from - Select from the most recent 5 previously Settled shows (Web only)
- International Settlements: Settlements are now optimized for US, Canada, and Europe

Tax Summary Report
Available to: Venue & Festival Accounts and Venue/Festival Organizations
Venue & Festival Accounts have the ability to run a Tax Summary Report under Reporting which details all calculated taxes from show Settlements by state, and by date range.
The Tax Summary Report will not include data for shows Settled prior to 05/13/2020

Post Show Refunds Now Listed on Register Payments Report
Available to: Venue & Festival and Artist Accounts
Post Show Refunds are now listed on the Register Payments Report available under Reports > Register > Payments for Venue & Festival accounts, or under Reporting > Register > Payments for Artist accounts. Post Show Refunds will be displayed as Type > Post Show Refund, and will list the Venue name and show date.

Staff Mode Without Multiple Stands:
Available to: Venue & Festival Accounts
With this most recent update and installation of atVenu Register (v2.14), we now allow Staff Mode to be enabled for accounts without Multiple Stands. Staff Mode can be enabled under Register Settings. Shows created from this point forward will be Staff Mode enabled. The Registers page within Register Reports, will also now support Staff Mode.

Prices on Item Sheet:
Available to: Artist Accounts (Advanced Inventory, MerchIQ)
The Item Sheet is available to Advanced Inventory or MerchIQ Artist Accounts. This PDF export from the Trailer page includes item images, titles, SKUs, and with this update, now includes item prices.
Copy Artist Merch Rep Feature:
Available to: Venue & Festival Accounts
When adding additional Artists to shows within Venue or Festival Accounts, you now have the ability to to copy the Artist Rep details from the first Headliner saved to the show to additional Artists as needed using the use the Copy Artist Rep Info From Headliner button.
In addition, now when adding additional Artists to a show, Venue Cuts are copied from the first saved Artist. These can be edited as needed.
Staff Mode - Default Setting Update:
Available to: Venue & Festival Accounts with Multiple Stands enabled
Enabling Staff Mode from Register Settings within your Venue or Festival Account will now, by default, enable Staff Mode at the individual Stand level. Meaning, once Staff Mode is enabled under Register Settings, all Stands will become enabled by default. This default setting will be applied to all future Stands as well. If Staff Mode is disabled under Register Settings, all Stands will by default, also be disabled.
Important Notes:
- Stands that were created prior to 11/14/19 will not be affected. This means that if you enable Staff Mode under Register Settings, you will still need to contact support@atVenu.com for us to enable Staff Mode at the Stand level for any stand saved prior to 11/14/19
- Additionally, please contact support@atVenu.com if you need only select Stands enabled for Staff Mode
