Settlements:
atVenu Settlements will automatically default to the currency for the country saved to the show, as long as you have the country saved correctly for the Venue in Routing. So, for example, if you're performing in Canada or England and have the country saved correctly, atVenu will automatically default to Canadian Dollars or British Pounds on the Settlement.
It is important to clarify that the currency is detected by the country saved to the Venue when you create the show, not the postal code. Use the scrollable country dropdown to select the appropriate country for new Venues.
atVenu Register:
The numeric prices of your items in atVenu Register remain the same as in your Count page for the show. Your customers will be charged that price in their local currency. You can always change prices per item / per show to account for conversion rates on our Merch Mgmt packages: How do I change prices for individual shows? (Tour Merch Mgmt)
atVenu Register Credit Card deposits are converted to the currency of the saved Bank Account (USD or Canadian Dollars) upon transfer.
