When adding new Users to your Venue or Festival Account, you have the ability to grant or restrict access as needed. Below is a breakdown of the different available User Access Levels for Venue & Festival Accounts:
Account Owner
Complete access to all available account features including:
- Events, Shows, Worksheet
- Counts & Stand Distribution
- Settlements
- Reporting
- Register Reports & Cash Sheet
- Ability to share Register Report
- atVenu Register
- Account Settings
- Register Setup & Settings
- Bank Account Access (B.A.A.) if enabled
Bank Account Access (B.A.A.)
- Bank Account Access can only be enabled for Account Owners
- Enabling B.A.A. provides Bank Info page visibility, allows User to activate atVenu Register, as well as update the Bank Account info saved to the account
Venue Manager
Complete access to all available account features but can not be granted Bank Account Access or share atVenu Register Reports:
- Events, Shows, Worksheet
- Counts & Stand Distribution
- Settlements
- Reporting
- Register Reports & Cash Sheet
- atVenu Register
- Account Settings
- Register Setup & Settings with the exception of Offline Mode
Venue Seller
Limited account access:
- Events, Shows
- atVenu Register
Stand Manager
- No Venue/Festival Account access
- atVenu Register for assigned Stand only
Register Reporting
- No Venue/Festival or Register account access
- This User type can view Register Reports but must be sent a direct link to the Register Report page from an Account Owner or Venue Manager. They can not access the Register Report from atVenu Register or from the Venue/Festival Account
