You can update the Credit Card on file for your account at anytime. You must be an Account Owner to access Account Settings, in order to make changes to your card on file or plan. Account Settings can not be accessed on the Artist Manager mobile app. Updating the Credit Card on file must be done online at atVenu.com.
Mobile Note: You can update this info on your mobile device but you must log in to atVenu.com on your web browser. You will need to scroll down and then over to the right on the Plan & Payment page to locate the Credit Card fields.
To Update the Credit Card on File:
- Log in to atVenu.com
- Click on the Menu button in the upper left corner
- Click on Account Settings
- Click on Plan & Payment
- Click Remove Payment Method to clear the existing card on file
- Update the Credit Card information and click the Save Payment Method button
- To see a complete list of Per Touring Month charges for your account, click the Show Transaction History button
