Why aren’t prices showing up on the Nightly Count page?

If prices are not showing up on the Nightly Count page, this means prices were not saved to your items before you accessed the Count page. 

Once any show's Nightly Count page has been accessed, the existing prices are saved to each item for that particular show. If you have not yet saved prices in Tour Inventory, $0 will be saved as the price, and because of that, the item will not show up in atVenu Register.

Adding missing prices or making changes to incorrect prices, after a Nightly Count page has been accessed, must be done from the show's Count page itself - Not from Tour Inventory. Adding or Changing prices from Tour Inventory will affect any upcoming shows as long as you have not already opened the Count page for that show.

If you update prices in Tour Inventory after a Count page has been accessed, you must revisit that show's Count page and manually update each item's price.

To Add or Change Prices from the Nightly Count Page

  • Access the Nightly Count page


  • Click the More button under the Count In column for any item
  • Click on Change Price


  • Enter your new prices
  • Click Save and the prices will now be updated for this show


NOTE: Changing prices on the show's Count page DOES NOT save this new price for future shows. If you wish to update prices for future shows, prices must be saved on the Tour Inventory page.
