If prices are not showing up on the Counts page, this means prices were not saved to your items before you accessed the Counts page.
Once any show's Counts page has been accessed, the existing prices are saved to each item for that particular show. If you have not yet saved prices under Tours > Inventory or on the Merch page, $0 will be saved as the price, and because of that, the item will not show up in atVenu Register.
Adding missing prices or making changes to incorrect prices, after a Counts page has been accessed, must be done from the show's Counts page itself - Not from the Merch or Inventory pages. Adding or changing prices from these pages will affect upcoming shows as long as you have not already opened the Counts page for that show.
If you update prices from Tours > Inventory or on the Merch page, after a Counts page has been accessed, you must revisit that show's Counts page and manually update each item's price.
To add or change prices from the Counts page:
- Access Counts by clicking on any show tile from the Shows page
- Click the More button under an item's image
- Click Change Price from the menu
- Enter the new price(s) and click Done
NOTE: Changing prices on the show's Counts page DOES NOT save this new price for future shows. If you wish to update prices for future shows, prices must be saved under Tours > Inventory or on the Merch page.
