How do I add images for my items? (Desktop)

This article covers how to add images for your merch items from a laptop or desktop. For information on how to add images from a mobile device see: How do I add images for my items? (Mobile).

To add item images on web (laptop or desktop):

• Log in to your account on atVenu.com
• Create a new merch item or navigate to an existing item and edit it

Add Images: 

• Drag & drop the image from your computer to the Add Image thumbnail which will open the Crop & Save window. From there you can crop, position, and save
• Or - Click on the image thumbnail which will open the Crop & Save window where you can add your image

Artist Accounts:

• Add or edit product images for items from the Tours > Inventory, or Merch pages

Venue or Festival Accounts:

• Product images are added when saving or editing items on the Counts page
• To edit or add an image for an existing item, click the Edit button under the image thumbnail, then click the image thumbnail

• Now, in the image editor, you can drag & drop an image file, choose a local file, or access the camera on your device
• Your image will load in the preview area and you can position and crop as desired. This is handy if using grab sheets for creating item images
• When finished, click the Done button in the lower right corner
