Why can't I add Users to an account? (Label Account)

There are 2 reasons why you, as the Label Rep, are unable to add Users to an account:

1. You are set up as a Label Account and your Artist is on a Merch Management package. Record Labels do not have access to Artist Merch Mgmt package accounts
2. If you have access to the Artist Account through a separate login but still can not add Users, this means you were not setup with the required User Access Level
