My inventory is off - How do I fix it?

If your inventory is off, you need to perform a physical count against the inventory quantities listed in atVenu. This is called Reconciling. 

Advanced Inventory Mgmt and MerchIQ

If you're on our Advanced Inventory Mgmt or MerchIQ packages, you can take advantage of the Reconcile feature. You have the ability to Reconcile your Trailers or your Warehouses.

• Perform your physical count
• Log in to your account at atVenu.com
• Click on Merch
• To Reconcile a Warehouse, click on Warehouses. If you have more than 1, click on the Warehouse name on the left to select a Warehouse from the dropdown
• To Reconcile a Trailer, click on Trailers. If you have more than 1, click on the Warehouse name on the left to select a Trailer from the dropdown
• Click on Reconcile

• Now, on the Reconcile page enter your Actual quantities and atVenu will automatically calculate and overages or shortages along with the $ amounts associated based on the item's Weighted Average Cost of Goods

Tour Merch Mgmt

There is no Reconcile feature built into our Tour Merch Mgmt package but you can still perform the task with a more manual approach. 

• Perform your physical count
• Log in to your account at atVenu.com
• Click on Tours and select the tour
• Click on Inventory
• Use the (+) Add or (-) Remove buttons to update your inventory quantities 

Keep in mind that Tour Inventory does not carry over tour to tour on our Tour Merch Mgmt package like it does with our Advanced Inventory Mgmt or MerchIQ packages. 

Note: Once a show has been counted in, those quantities are pulled from the on hand Inventory. Before reconciling your Tour (or Trailers) Inventory, please be sure to account for any open shows that may have been counted in.
