If you entered in an incorrect number of music sales for a show there is a limited window where making changes is possible.
In order to unlock a show you must first contact us at support@atVenu.com. Shows cannot be unlocked by the User.
- The show must fall within the current SoundScan Reporting Period. The SoundScan Reporting Period is every Friday - Thursday. If the show you need to make edits to falls outside of the current week's Reporting Period it cannot be unlocked and sales numbers cannot be edited
- The show must not yet be Reported. Changes within atVenu can only be made at the Submitted or Approved status levels. Once they reach the Reported status level, changes are not possible within the atVenu system. To adjust sales totals at this point you must contact SoundScan directly. See below
If an item on your Sales Submission Review sheet looks like this, atVenu can no longer unlock the show:
- If the show has hit Reported status but is still within the current SoundScan Reporting Period, you do have the option to reach out to SoundScan directly. They can work with you to potentially get the numbers updated in their system for accurate reporting.
