If you have logged in to the atVenu Register app but nothing is synching make sure all of these steps have been completed:
- Bank Account: Bank Account information must be saved to your atVenu account in order for Register to become active. This is the most commonly overlooked step of the setup process. If you have not yet activated atVenu Register, please see: How do I save my Bank Account to activate atVenu Register?
- Shows: You must have upcoming shows saved in your atVenu account
- Merch Items must be properly configured:
- All items have titles
- All items have prices
- For Artist Accounts: All of your items are available to the show (visible on the Counts page with prices. Prices can not be $0)
- For Venue or Festival Accounts: All of your items have been distributed if you are running Multiple Stands/Locations
