What do the blue check marks next to my UPC mean?

When you add UPCs for new Music items, atVenu will scan SoundScan to determine if the UPCs are registered. These check marks verify that the UPC you entered is registered and active in the SoundScan UPC databases for USA, CAN, or CMTA (Christian Music Trade Association).

If you see USA and CAN, this means you can report sales for this album in both countries. If you see CMTA, this means you may report to the Christian music charts.

A red flag will indicate that your UPC is not registered with SoundScan or has not yet been processed. It can take up to 2 weeks for Nielsen SoundScan to process a new UPC registration. Once processed, it will be available in atVenu the following day.
