Save merch items to a tour (Tour Merch Mgmt)

If you just created a new tour and you can't find see your previously saved merch items, don't worry! You do not have to add your merch items again.

If you're on our Tour Merch Mgmt package, once you've added your tour Routing you need to save the merch items to the tour. To do this, just follow the steps below:

• Click on the Merch button to load all of your saved Active Merchandise
• Click the Add to Tour / Select Tour button and select the tour you want the item saved to. All active tours will appear in this list unless the item is already linked to it
• Repeat this process for each item you wish to save to active tours.

If you're on our Advanced Inventory or MerchIQ packages, you'll need to save items to a new tour Trailer or link an existing Trailer to this new tour. For information on how to link a Trailer to a tour for Advanced Inventory Mgmt see: How to link a Trailer to a tour?
