If you just created a new tour and you can't find see your previously saved merch items, don't worry! You do not have to add your merch items again.
If you're on our Tour Merch Management package, once you've added your tour routing you need to link the merch items to the tour. To do this, just follow the steps below:
- Click on the Merch button to load all of your saved Active Merchandise
- Click the Add to Tour / Select Tour button and select the tour you want the item saved to. All active tours will appear in this list unless the item is already linked to it.
Repeat this process for each item you wish to link to active tours.
If using Advanced Inventory or MerchIQ packages, you'll need to save items to a new tour trailer or link an existing trailer to this new tour.
