atVenu Register app requirements and supported devices

To get the most out of atVenu Register, please be sure you to update to the latest version of the app. Please update the app by visiting the App Store.

Please note: 

• The minimum required atVenu Register app version as of May 09, 2023 is 3.125. Earlier versions are no longer supported as of this date 
• atVenu Register requires iOS 12.1 or higher

iPhone:

• 5S
• 6, 6 Plus
• 6S, 6S Plus
• 7, 7 Plus
• 8, 8 Plus
• SE
• X, XR, XS, XS Max
• 11, 11 Pro
• 12, 12 Pro, 12 Mini, 12 Max
• 13, 13 Pro, 13 Mini, 13 Max
• 14, 14 Plus, 14 Pro, 14 Pro Max

iPad:

• Air, Air 2
• Pro (All versions)
• iPad (5th gen and newer)
• Mini: (2, 3, 4, 5th gen, 6th gen)

Note: While the atVenu Register app is compatible, iPad Pro models with USB-C only, are not compatible with atVenu Pro Readers
